Payment must be received in full before delivery or pick up of the dog.
Payment can be made by cash, credit / debit card using PayPal. There will be a 3% charge for paypal payments if using credit or debit card we ask for payments to made 10 days prior to pick up or delivery to allow time for payments to clear.

Health Guarantee
The seller guarantees that upon receipt of the dog it is in good health and has been immunized and wormed according to health records of said dog.
The buyer agrees to have dog examined by buyers vet at buyers expense within 48 hours of the time the dog is received by the buyer. If buyers vet does not give the dog a clean bill of health the buyer must notify the seller within 24 hours.
All vet records must be provided to the seller and seller reserves the right to have the dog re-examined by a vet of sellers choice at sellers expense.

Any non- genetic conditions that is minor, correctable or breed related condition is not covered. If the dog is found not to be in good health by both the buyer and sellers vet, the buyer may choose to return the dog to the seller for a replacement dog of equal value, return shipping of the dog to the buyer will be at buyer’s expense.
At no time will a refund be offered. Seller does not take responsibility for contagious diseases diagnosed after 3 days from the date of purchase. Genetic defects are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase. The same replacement conditions apply as listed above.
Heat stroke, exhaustion, dehydration and other heat related conditions are not covered in any way. Your bulldog must be an inside dog it can over heat easily. The buyer agrees to take proper care of the dog. The dog must be properly housed with air conditioning, kept up to date on immunizations and exams dog must be kept safe when out of its home this includes proper fencing and the use of a harness or collar and leash.
Buyer also agrees to give the dog proper physical and emotional care, exercise and sufficient rest for healthy joint, bone and muscle development. Weight control is also essential. Overweight dogs cannot be assured that they will not develop muscle, bone, joint, skin, or eye problems.
The seller is not responsible for poor health due to overweight dogs. The dog must be kept indoors with a climate controlled environment as its primary housing. This dog is only guaranteed for the purpose of being a companion dog only.

The guarantee applies to original buyer only and cannot be transferred to a second buyer.
Any disputes must be handled in the state of Florida at buyer’s expense. Any changes to this contract must be in writing and signed by both parties. Health and shot records will be giving upon delivery of dog. This is the entire agreement and is valid and agreed to by both parties. All parties have read, understood, and agreed to this contract in full by signing below.
